Arbonies King Vlock, in conjunction with Tower One, HUD and the City of New Haven, worked on the $7,000,000 renovation and expansion, the largest HUD funded project in the country. The project featured a new covered entry, lobby space, and dining room expansion; and a six-story conversion of apartments into Assisted Living units providing the residents with a safer and more accessible building environment.
