Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven, CT

Arbonies King Vlock in association with Shepley Bulfinch Richardson & Abbott, developed the architectural program and design for SCSU’s 224,000 sf expansion and renovation of the Buley Library.

This project required a comprehensive program for phasing and implementation, further complicated by the simultaneous construction of adjacent campus buildings and lack of swing space. The design integrates the Library expansion with the proposed Academic Green campus circulation and infrastructure.

Phase One construction of the addition is completed.
